THE Place to Be

In the Colorado house, there are many rooms to take in the sweeping views. But this space really has it all, expansive windows and a comfortable, oversized couch, access to the all weather room, bar space, and just a place to relax. This room is perfectly tailored for cozy gatherings, scenic views, and evenings in front of the TV.

The focal point of the room is a large, plush sectional couch positioned to take full advantage of the incredible outdoor scenery. With deep cushions and soft, neutral upholstery, the couch is both comfortable and versatile, easily accommodating a family or group of friends. Its placement allows for two focal points: the view out the floor-to-ceiling windows and TV setup opposite. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to an outdoor patio, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and offering easy access to fresh mountain air.

Throughout the living room, natural wood and stone accents echo the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Exposed ceiling beams and a reclaimed wooden accent wall brings a sense of history and craftsmanship to the space. Not to mention the abundance of colors and textures from the pillows, various seating options, and the rug.

These details bring depth and personality to the room, reflecting the home’s mountain surroundings and providing a comfortable and welcoming space.

Trust that process! We first got the rug positioned then came in with the big stuff! Getting everything situated to be the place to be. It’s a space that invites you to unwind, take in the views, and embrace the serene beauty of the mountains from the comfort of home.
